KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT completed the purchase of three separate non-performing first mortgage loans below appraised value of collateral. These first mortgage loans are collateralized by separate subsections that together make up the Roseville Commerce Center, as described below.
• Roseville Loan #1: Buildings 1
• Roseville Loan #2: Buildings 4-5
• Roseville Loan #3: Parcels 1-4
The properties securing the mortgages include five office/industrial flex buildings and four parcels of partially improved land. They are located along the east side of Industrial Avenue in Roseville, California, and offer 400 feet of street frontage in one of the premiere industrial markets in the Sacramento area.
